The overuse of words

Everyone has some fillers, while they get their thoughts together but some of this is going too far. I play a little game with my daughters to see how far we can go without using the following words

1. Like
2. Actually
3. Honestly
4. Literally
5. Really
6. You know
7. Ummm
8. Errr
